Milan Lucic's wife shares gut-wrenching details from his arrest
Today new quotes from Milan Lucic's estranged wife Brittany have revealed gut-wrenching details from the night he was arrested.
Milan Lucic was arrested in November of 2023 after a domestic disturbance occurred at his house. He had allegedly tried to choke his then wife Brittany during an intoxicated moment of rage. Today Brittany Lucic spoke about the incident in court as she filed a restraining order against Milan Lucic.
He then grabbed me by my throat with his thumbs pressed against my windpipe so I could not breath [sic]. The force and momentum of him grabbing me caused me to lose my footing and stumble backwards, landing against a chair.
Brittany Lucic would go on to confirm a report that had been floating around that Lucic's children and a couple of their friends witnessed the awful events perpetrated by Milan.
Respondent's attempted strangulation of me was in the presence of all the children, including our friends' children. All the children were awake and heard what was going on and were incredibly scared
Within days after the incident Milan Lucic was placed into the NHL's Player Assistance Program and suspended indefinitely by the Boston Bruins.
Milan Lucic will be entering the NHL/NHLPA Player assistance program while he remains in indefinite leave from Bruins
Since then we have not heard much from Milan Lucic himself. We do know that he is facing a restraining order and a divorce from his soon-to-be ex-wife Brittany. If more details are shared regarding this case we will pass them along to you.
