The Buffalo Sabres captain Rasmus Dahlin attacked his teammate Peyton Krebs earlier today at practice.

Currently sitting at the 8th rank of the Atlantic Division, the Sabres, with Lindy Ruff back behind the bench, haven't had the start of the season they were hoping to get. It all started in Czechia when they lost their two games against the New Jersey Devils. Then, when they got back home, they lost a third straight game to the Los Angeles Kings, but finally managed to win last Saturday against the Florida Panthers.

Captain Rasmus Dahlin can't be happy to see his team at the bottom of the rankings again, especially in his first season wearing the "C". Also, he's probably not too proud of his production. After four games, he only scored one assist

The Sabres were back on the ice earlier today to practice and Dahlin lashed out on a teammate after an on-ice incident.

Dahlin and teammate Peyton Krebs, who was almost traded this summer, collided at full speed during a drill. The captain lost his composure and jumped on Krebs, which led to a fight.

Their teammates intervened quickly to defuse the situation.

It's not unusual to see two teammates going at it at practice when things don't go well. Sometimes, it can benefit struggling teams looking to get on the right track.

Dahlin, Krebs, and the Sabres will be back on the ice Wednesday against Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins. Fans are eager to see if Buffalo will be able to bounce back from their last win against the Panthers.
