The Colorado Avalanche look to try and make another deep run in the playoffs but they will need to add pieces to their team in order to solidify their team. This may make one of their young defenseman expendable.
Byram To Be Traded By The Avalanche?
The Avalanche may be willing to part ways with former 4th overall pick Bowen Byram at this years deadline, in order to make their team better this year.
The 22-year-old defenseman was looking to be another amazing defenseman for the Avs to have but having a down year with just 13 points in 45 games with a plus/minus rating of -7.
The Avs May look to grow older after the deadline in order to become more established and stronger as they look to return to the Stanley Cup finals.
With him only being 22 years of age the Avs may be making a big mistake if they go through with trading Byram and any team that acquires him may have a future number one defenseman on their hands.
As Seen on Blade of Steel - The Colorado Avalanche may be looking to move on from this young star
