Insider predicts Leon Draisaitl's future departure from the Oilers
A Former NHLer and known source for the NHL has just predicted that Leon Draisaitl will be playing his final year in Edmonton and even predicts where he will land.
Leon Draisaitl will assuredly be one of the top free agents if the Edmonton Oilers can't find a way to give him an extension this summer. While he isn't set to be a gree agent until after next season, this summer will be indicative of how the Oilers are planning on going about his future with the team.
Now, Georges Laraque has predicted that Draisatil will not be with the Oilers beyond next season and that in fact, he will land with the Boston Bruins as he wants to be a number-one centerman.
"He wants to be the top center on a team [...] The team's fate this year will determine what happens with him," said Georges Laraque.

There is no question that Draisaitl will be hot on the free agency market if he makes it there. Not only does he produce in the regular season, but he also has been breaking records in the post-season as well, which is what every team is vying for.
