In the game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, Flyers' head coach John Tortorella got ejected.
Only ten minutes into the first period, the Flyers were trailing behind 4-0 and Tortorella completely lost it.
Elliotte Friedman Announces Possible Incoming Consequences for Tortorella
After the game, Elliotte Friedman shared on X that the NHL probably didn't like Torts' outburst as much as fans did.
According to him, the coach could face consequences from the League in the coming days.
"We've all been laughing about this tonightwe'll see how things evolve tomorrow, but the NHL still has to weigh in. I don't think it found the refusal to leave the bench as humorous as social media did"
