Montour is two years removed from a 73-point campaign as a defenseman. He will look to return to that form as the Kraken's number-one defenseman alongside Vince Dunn.
An official announcement is expected at noon EST from the Kraken. Montour will bring some defensive prowess and veteran experience to Seattle which they need as a young team.
