Steven Stamkos reportedly signs a massive deal leaving Tampa
StammerThe Tampa Bay Lightning made a choice to bring in Jake Guentzel instead of keeping Steven Stamkos and now their former captain has left for a new team.
Steven Stamkos is set to sign with his first team other than the Tampa Bay Lightning today. Insider Pierre LeBrun announced that Nashville is the front-runner for the future hall-of-famer.
All signs still point to Nashville being the front-runner for Steven Stamkos. Still nothing finalized obviously.
Former NHLer Mike Commodore shared that Stamkos has signed a deal with the Predators.

Stamkos scored 40 goals and 81 points last year. We will now wait and see if this report is true or if Stamkos will be signing elsewhere.
