Brawl Between Edmonton Oilers Fans Emerges After Overtime Win Against Montreal

Edmonton Oilers' Star Leon Draisaitl Ties Wayne Gretzky's Mark in 3-2 Overtime Win Against the Montreal Canadiens

Even if they ended up losing 3-2 the Montreal Canadiens were keeping up with the Edmonton Oilers and gave fans quite a show.

Overtime was need to determine the winner, and Draisaitl scored at the end of a four-minute powerplay, from his usual spot. With that goal, he joined Wayne Gretzky at the third rank for most game-winning goals in the Oilers' franchise, with 61.

Unfortunately, despite the win, some fans were still angry, which led to a violent brawl.

A confrontation broke out among some angry Oilers fans, leading to a brutal fight. It only lasted a few seconds, as fighters ran away before security could intervene.

After a victory, fans usually celebrate, not fight. Even if players Michael Pezzetta and Sam Carrick dropped the gloves during the game, it'S not something that should be done outside the ice.
