Desharnais and Manson Drop the Gloves During Scrum in Oilers Versus Avalanche Game
The Edmonton Oilers and Colorado Avalanche are both teams that are well-known for their offence. However, last night we saw a bit of the tougher side for both teams when Josh Manson and Vincent Desharnais dropped the gloves.
The fight started as the two got tangled up during a scrum at the end of the second period. It got off to a rocky start, with the two falling to the ice, however, they were able to stand back up before the referees could step in. Take a look.

It appears that Manson was able to get the best of Desharnais, however, Desharnais got a few close uppercuts in as well.
Oilers Lose on Incredible Last Second Goal in Overtime
This wasn't the only fireworks that went off during the game. During the final seconds of overtime, Nathan MacKinnon was able to feed an incredible pass to Artturi Lehkonen striking in front of the goal for a back-door tap-in to win the game. The goal came with just a second left on the clock, ripping the hearts out of Oilers fans.
