BREAKING: Barry Trotz Buys out Star 40-goal Scorer
Barry Trotz has started his time as the Predators General Manager off with a bang by buying out a star player who scored 40 goals recently.
Duchene Bought Out
The Nashville Predators and Barry Trotz decided to shock everybody when they decided they would be buying out Matt Duchene.
Duchene is one of the best Predators players coming off a 56 point season which was second on the Predators in terms of scoring. In 2021-22 he scored 43 goals and had 86 points.
His $8 million per year contract will be paid at a reduced rate for the next six years. This is a shocking move and it will make Duchene the best available unrestricted free agent tomorrow.
