Brian Boyle, a seasoned professional ice hockey player hailing from Hingham, Massachusetts, has announced his official retirement from the sport after playing for 14 seasons and 871 career games. The 6-foot-6 center was initially drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in 2003 as the 26th overall pick.
