The Boston Bruins are coming off one of the best seasons in NHL history, but after a playoff failure, there's been plenty of turnover as they head into the 2023-24 season.
A deep roster
Despite the losses of Taylor Hall, David Krejci, and Patrice Bergeron, this is still a team loaded with talent, and even in an incredibly tough and competitive Eastern Conference, they're expected to be a tough out.
Even on such a talented team, however, there are bound to be weak spots, and unfortunately for one player, Bruins fans have identified him as a weakness, and it's only a matter of time until they completely turn on him.
A veteran centre
That player is Patrick Brown, a 31-year-old centre who has struggled to make an impact over his career, and in the pre-season, Bruins fans have made it clear that he could be on a short leash.
With some talented prospects in the pipeline, it makes sense that Bruins fans are frustrated over a 31-year-old who has a career-high in points of just 12, so keep an eye on this in the coming weeks.
