Carey Price is making some significant progress towards his return to the Habs lineup. Price returned to the team last week and has been working with medical staff since his return in hopes of getting back on the ice.
According to Renaud Lavoie, Price spent last week working on his knee and showed some very positive progress.
The expectation is that Carey Price should begin light skating this week and will progress his way towards game shape. This news couldn't come at better timing as it appears Montreal goalie Jake Allen may have suffered an injury after this collision with Jeff Petry last night.
Today Montreal recalled Cayden Primeau. Here is hoping Price gets back on the ice soon so we can see him play for both the Canadiens and Canadians at the Olympics.
