Hockey fans are special people, with the the World Championship of hockey underway in Finland this year, it's without the participation of Russia. Since the country invaded Ukraine earlier this year they were prohibited from playing in the tournament.
During these tournaments most fans love to show support to their countries. But with the unfortunate circumstances going on in Ukraine many fans from around the world wanted to show some love for Ukraine.
However the IIHF has declared that it's strictly forbidden to show support to countries not playing in the tournament which includes Ukraine. That didn't stop a group of Czech Republic supporters who tried to hang a Ukrainian Flag next to their home country flag but unfortunately was taken down by the organizers of the tournament.
So the Czech fans got real creative Instead of giving up, they took a white sheet and simply wrote «Blue Color,» up top and «Yellow Color,» at the bottom. So the flagor the sheetwas allowed to stay up, and you just have to give it to the fans that's awesome!
