Former Bruins Head Coach Bruce Cassidy Reveals His Pick for the Teams' Next Captain
The Boston Bruins have lost their captain as Patrice Bergeron announced his retirement from the NHL.
Now, everyone is wondering who will take his place as the team's captain.
There are obviously some favorite candidates: David Pastrnak, Charlie McAvoy, and Brad Marchand.
Bruce Cassidy, the former Bruins' head coach, has made an interesting statement, revealing who should be named captain in his opinion.
Cassidy Opens Up
According to Andy Strickland:
"Bruce Cassidy thinks Brad Marchand could be a great choice as the #NHLBruins' next Captain."

Marchand is the obvious choice for the "C". He's the leader of the team and has more experience than most of his teammates.
