Former NHL Star gets KNOCKED OUT cold by dirty hit in Mens League

You hear all the time from goalies that when they retire from the NHL, they never strap on the pads again.
Sometimes we hear that about players as well, but for some, the love of the game doesn't stop and they still want to play as much as possible, just not at the same level.
Unfortunately for Captain Canada, Ryan Smyth, after retiring in 2014, he joined a mens league and in 2017, he received this dirty hit which knocked him out cold.
Smyth was a fan favourite during his time in the game, especially during his time as an Edmonton Oiler where he was drafted 6th overall back in 1994.
