Evander Kane's lawyers officially issued a statement about the video released that presumably shows Kane pointing a loaded gun at estranged wife Anna. In the statement Kane's lawyers share the details of yesterday's court case and information about the leaked video.
Kane's legal team does not dispute the authenticity of the video and acknowledges it's legitimacy, but also shares more details. According to Kane's legal team the video was leaked by Anna Kane and was done so to defame Evander and that the video is from a professional photoshoot that both parties participated in from 2020, which could explain why audio was removed before the video was leaked.
If true, it does appear Anna Kane has broken the court order about posting about her spouse on social media.
