The game between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Vegas Golden Knights last night was undoubtedly one of the best of the season. It featured two strong teams, lead changes, and a memorable line brawl, making it an exciting spectacle.
The Tampa Bay Lightning, having lost five out of their six games, were trailing 3-1 going into the third period. The game was highly physical, and the Lightning players seemed on edge. Therefore, when Patrick Maroon was lightly clipped after the whistle, he lost his cool and started the line brawl.
Keegan Kolesar, a Golden Knight player, was the one who instigated the brawl by skating by and making contact with Maroon. Despite taking a punch, Kolesar remained in the fight, and the other players joined in. Corey Perry and Nicolas Hague had an impressive fight, and Bogosian jumped in to help Perry when he was knocked down. Meanwhile, Mikey Eyssimont, a new Lightning player, fought against Zach Whitecloud, who is known for his toughness. Overall, the penalties assessed during the game totaled 144 minutes.
