After the Tampa Bay Lightning were humiliated by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the opening game of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Bolts head coach Jon Cooper refused to give the Leafs any credit for the victory.

Jon Cooper doubled down on his comments today and said:

Lightning let the leafs "off the hook" in Game 1 "It was an easy night for them."

Look for the two-time defending Stanley Cup champions to come out flying tonight against the Leafs.

One stat that has been thrown around recently too is Vasilevskiy's stats after a loss. In the last 2 years, he is 14-0 with 5 shutouts and a .966 save percentage after a loss. Not good news for the Maple Leafs.
