REPORT: Blackhawks announce PRICE to TRADE for Jake McCabe - It's A LOT

The National Hockey League Trade Deadline is coming quickly, and teams are starting to work on trades to improve their roster. This time of the year is exciting for fans as either you get to see your team try to beef up their team for a Stanley Cup run, or you get to see your team bring in a load of prospects and picks for their future.
The Chicago Blackhawks are on the end of trying to receive picks and prospects to improve their roster for the future, and they have quite a few guys who are going to bring in a hefty return for the Blackhawks.
One of those players they are looking to trade is 29 year old Jake McCabe who is a former 2nd round pick in 2012 to the Buffalo Sabres.
McCabe is currently in the second year of a four year contract he signed with the Blackhawks that carries a cap hit of $4,000,000, very team friendly for what he brings to the table. McCabe has developed into a great middle pair defenceman, who plays great shutdown hockey.
A contending team who is looking to improve their back end this year will definitely be looking at McCabe as a target, and well, the Chicago Blackhawks aren't going to let him go cheap:

Jake McCabe is drawing steady interest from contenders. Signed for 2 more years after this season at a $4M AAV. Sense from sources around league is that the asking price from Blackhawks includes a 1st-RD pick. And if Hawks retain salary making him a $2M player, price increases...
