On Saturday during a game between the Allen Americans and Wichita. Thunder of the ECHL, the game was started to get a little heated.
American's Mikael Robidoux, was called for goalie interference and he was not a fan of the call. He got upset and this led to him being issued a 10 minute misconduct.
When he was leaving the ice, a fan said something to him and looks to have reached for him, then an upset Robidoux started swinging him stick at him to slash him.
The ECHL quickly announced that he was suspended pending a hearing, but funny enough, Robidoux returned in this game after his 10 minute misconduct was up.
