REPORT: NHL player was ROBBED!

According to some news outlets out of Russia, a New York Islanders player was the victim of a robbery.
After coming over to play for the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2015, Nikita Soshnikov played in the NHL for the Leafs and the St. Louis Blues, until he went back to Russia in 2019, where he played in the KHL 3 seasons.
This offseason, he made his way back to North American to play for the New York Islanders, where he has split the season between the Islanders and their AHL franchise the Bridgeport Islanders.
It was reported from Sports-express.ru, that his apartment in Russia, where he stayed when he played in the KHL was broken into and many things were stolen.
Nikita Soshnikov's apartment that he owns in Moscow has reportedly been robbed.

Soshnikov left the keys with security for the building, but the keys «fell into the hands» of the robbers, no arrests have been made just yet. Per, Sport Express.

Among the stolen items are 2000 Euros and $1700 USD in Cash.
So somehow after leaving his keys with security, they found their way into the hands of the robbers where they entered and stole multiple things including a whole lot of cash!
