The Montreal Canadiens and Ottawa Senators met quite a few times in pre-season and just a few days ago after one of their games the Ottawa Senators head coach D.J. Smith was not too happy with how the Canadiens played against some of the Senators star players.
Smith went as far as making it public that they will be ''prepared'' for the Montreal Canadiens the next time they play.
Well, it seems he is following up on his promise as Habs insider Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports stated that Smith is ready for a retaliation game.
DJ Smith on the tough aspect in tonight's game: «We have a group that is going to be able to take care of that aspect.» Kastelic-Watson-Sabourin will play tonight
The Ottawa Senators are a young team with a bunch of young stars, and it looks like they will not be willing to let themselves get pushed around this season.
