St Louis Blues forward Robert Thomas is a rising star in the NHL with his amazing skill and highlight reel goals. Thomas is a true professional with his serious demeanour but still likes to have fun and his jokes and pranks he tries on teammates.
But the Blues star went a little savage making a joke of teammates and his mom after the Blues win last night over the Minnesota Wild. Thomas was asked how he felt after the big win by the media. Thomas gave a shocking answer throwing his teammates and mom under the bus,
Thomas called out his mother for joking that Thomas isn't good in post game interviews :
"I hate to agree with but she could be right. I don't know what's worse. The boys being surprised that I can shoot the puck like that or my mom saying I suck at these interviews."
Thomas said smiling after. Thomas can definitely shoot the puck so that was just his teammates just having a little fun with their teammate. Thomas has always been a little shy in interviews going back to his time in junior wit the London Knights in the Ontario Hockey League.
