During yesterdays Little League World Series tournament, we witnessed one of the greatest shows of sportsmanship of all time.
During the 1st inning of a regional game between Oklahoma and East Texas, Kaiden Shelton of East Texas threw a pitch that struck Isaiah Jarvis in the side of his helmet ricocheting into his face.
It took a bit but Jarvis was able to get to his feet and get to 1st base to remain in the game.
Shelton was at the pitchers mound and he was shaken up after his throw, and thats when we saw this beautiful moment of sportsmanship. Jarvis dropped his helmet and walked over to his opponent and comforted him.
