During tonight's game two of the Stanley Cup Finals, the referee impeded Edmonton Oilers forward Connor Brown from his backcheck which led to a Florida Panthers goal from Niko Mikkola.

During the second period of game two of the Stanley Cup Finals, Niko Mikkola opened the scoring for the Florida Panthers tying the game at one a piece.

However, some fans noticed that while Connor Brown of the Edmonton Oilers was backchecking, he was impeded by the linesman. Because of this, the Oilers' defensive structure was forced to change because Brown could not be back in time resulting in Mikkola being wide-open.

The Oilers will now look to over come this adversity and hopefully win game two tying the series at one apiece and avoiding a brutal 2-0 deficit.
