Rangers Star Adam Fox Ripped In Comments By Players Around The League After Poor Four Nations Performance
Adam Fox has long been considered a top defenseman in the NHL, but that may be changing after a brutal quote was given about the New York Rangers star.
In recent years, Adam Fox has always graded out as one of the top defenseman in the NHL, but after his poor showing at the Four Nations Face Off, especially in the Finale against Team Canada, questions have emerged over his ability to continue playing at an elite level.
Now, things appear to be getting worse for his image, as he has now been ripped by other players around the league, who reportedly see him as someone they can take advantage of, especially when the lights are on brightest during the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

It's unclear exactly when these players were asked this and who they were, as that could change the context of this quote in a big way, but given how much his stock has plummeted in recent weeks, it's par for the course with his current standing.
Many people around the league have now urged the Rangers to go out and get an elite level LHD to play alongside Fox, as Ryan Lindgren clearly isn't able to be the player to mask Fox's weaknesses anymore, and unless the front office can do that, it could mean a major drop off in play from Fox.
Ultimately though, he's still a very productive offensive player with 47 points in 59 games played with a +5 differential, but if he performs like he did at the Four Nations during the upcoming Stanley Cup Playoffs (if the Rangers get there of course), these players may be proven right after all.
