It appears that Stanley Cup champion Nick Cousins is heading north of the border, as he has just signed a contract with the Ottawa Senators.

NHL insider Frank Seravalli has just reported that the pesky NHL player Nick Cousins has signed with the Ottawa Senators.

Nick Cousins is fresh off a Stanley Cup win with the Florida Panthers and has been involved in many rumors lately about where he would end up. A lot of teams were hesitant to sign him due to some attitude issues he's had in the past, however the Senators were in need of some grit, and he will likely fit in perfectly.

Nick Cousins was a third-round pick by the Philadelphia Flyers in 2011 and has played in 592 career games, scoring 71 goals and adding 109 assists for 180 points.

Details to follow.
