One fan joked that even Santa Claus complains about the notorious downtown Toronto traffic.
Coming into the game, Toronto leads the Atlantic Division with 26 points and a 12-6-2 record. They have won three in a row and six of their last seven, despite missing Auston Matthews as he remains out with injury.
The Florida Panthers meanwhile have dropped four of their last five, including the last three, relinquishing the Division lead to Toronto by a single point.
If Toronto can get the win tonight, it will give them a three-point cushion over the reigning champions.
Meanwhile, Utah has been treading water. They are 8-9-3 through 20 games, good for fifth place in the Central.
The team remains in the hunt for a playoff spot, but they will need to go on a run to solidify that position, especially with the Colorado Avalanche heating up.
As such, tonight's game is critical to both teams. Be sure to tune in to see who takes away the two points tonight.
