Stefan Noesen sets a tone by KO'ing a rookie in the playoffs
Carolina Hurricanes forward Stefan Noesen did not like a hit from New York Islanders forward Kyle MacLean and he decided to fight the rookie dropping him quite easily.
Amidst a scoreless first period, Stefan Noesen looked to give his team some life by fighting Kyle MacLean of the New York Islanders.
As it stands, the game is 0-0 with time left in the first.
This was the biggest play aside from this massive hit from Jesperi Kotkaniemi that knocked off Cal Clutterbuck's helmet.
Noesen, a seasoned veteran, is looking to get his team into this game and winning to go up 2-0 in the series.
