There has been an increase in interest recently for one of the top forwards on the Boston Bruins.
Isles Looking At DeBrusk
Along with the plan for the New York Islanders to try and trade for Ottawa Senators top forward Alex DeBrincat, they have also been looking at DeBrusk from the Bruins to try and strike a deal for in case of backup.
DeBrusk, 26, is building himself up a top young forward for years to come in his time playing with the likes of David Pastrnal and Patrice Bergeron. He tied his career high in goals this past season with 27 and set a new career high in points with 50.
As his name is coming up more and more in trade rumors, any team that could get a deal done with the Bruins to acquire DeBrusk would certainly not be coming short of talent as he can easily score 20+ goals a season to help any offense. We will have to see how this situation progresses over time.
