The New Jersey Devils have acquired goaltender Jon Gillies from the St. Louis Blues in exchange for the always popular future considerations.
Gillies was a highly touted 3rd round pick of the Flames in 2012 who unfortunately never panned out.
Gillies has played 13 NHL games with a record of 4-5-2 and a save percentage of .905
Gillies is expected to continue playing in the AHL at this time.
