The Chicago Blackhawks did everything right in the offseason on paper. They improved their defence bringing in Seth Jones, improved their goaltending bringing in Marc-Andre Fleury, improved their center depth by Jonathan Toews coming back, even added some depth leadership in Tyler Johnson. Add in players like Debincat, Strome & Dach getting another year under their belts, how couldn't this team be a playoff contender, right?
Well, after a very poor season, the newly appointed GM Kyle Davidson, decided it was time for this team to rebuild and that hasn't sat well with the veteran leaders in the room.
Many people believe that Toews and Kane will be gone this offseason, and by the sounds of this interview, Toews is not a happy camper.
