NHL Team advertising Assistant General Manager job on LinkedIn?

I've heard a lot of different ways for teams to hire executives but I can honestly say that I've never seen an NHL team turn to LinkedIn to find their next Assistant General Manager. Well that's exactly what the Tampa Bay Lightning have done as they expect current AGM Mathieu Darche to find work with another NHL Franchise.
