Nikita Kucherov Facing A Potential Suspension For His Actions During The All-Star Game
Nikita Kucherov was booed all evening during the all-star skills competition and now could be facing a suspension for embarrassing the NHL.
Kucherov's Poor Showing At The All-Star Game
Nikita Kucherov is one of the most polarizing players in the NHL. There is no doubt that he is one of the best players alive but his style that takes it slow is not the most enjoyable for fans.
During the all-star skills competition, Kucherov made it clear that he did not want to be there by giving absolutely zero effort.

A rough showing from Nikita Kucherov in the passing challenge and the Toronto crowd lets him know
The showing was a slap in the face to both the fans and the NHL and now it seems like Kucherov could face repercussions for this.
Kucherov Could Face A Suspension For His Actions
In a TVA Sports article, an anonymous league executive commented on Kucherov's performance.
"I saw league representatives [after Kucherov's actions], and they were not very, very happy. It was a lack of respect and a lack of class towards hockey. I feel like he loved it even more; the crowd was booing him, and he took even more time." - Via TVA Sports
If Kucherov's goal is to not show up in future all-star events then he likely achieved it as the NHL will be less than willing to bring him back.
