Ryan Reaves And Brad Marchand Bury Each Other With Savage Remarks
Ryan Reaves and Brad Marchand have never had a great relationship and now the two are going at it with quotes in the media.
Reaves Vs. Marchand
Ryan Reaves and Brad Marchand are easily two of the most polarizing figures in hockey. Reaves is known as the trash talker who can back his words up with his fists but has been getting a reputation of being more bark than bite of late. Marchand on the other hand is known as a trash talker who is willing to drop the gloves against anybody in his weight class but will typically shy away from fighting.
Recently, the two commented on each other ahead of their matchup tonight.
Ryan Reaves on Brad Marchand: "He likes telling me he makes a lot more than I do."
Marchand: "I think I said that once a long time ago. Sounds like he's holding on to it."
It is true that Marchand makes much more than Reaves, roughly $5 million more per year, but both have their role in the NHL.
Leafs Set To Face The Bruins
Reaves and Marchand are set to face off against each other tonight as the Bruins will be facing the Leafs at Scotiabank Arena.
The Leafs are set to have Joseph Woll in the net while the Bruins will be starting reigning Vezina winner Linus Ullmark.
The two teams are currently first and third in the Atlantic division and this will undoubtedly be one of the most exciting games on tonight.
