For back-to-back years, Nathan MacKinnon got to watch his fellow Nova Scotian Sidney Crosby win the Stanley Cup and bring it back to Nova Scotia. But this year, Crosby got to watch Nathan MacKinnon take home the honour, and when MacKinnon won, he made it very clear that he was having a party and expected his good friend Sidney Crosby to be very active during the party. Not only was he expecting him to be present, he expected him to be the drunkest one at the party.
I've been the drunkest guy at two of his so he better be drunk at mine.
Training camps are coming up very soon and some of the NHL players are doing a press tour right now, and during this tour, Crosby joined Elliotte Friedman and Jeff Marek for their 32 thoughts podcast, which Crosby shared the answer to if he fulfilled his promise to MacKinnon:
Top 10? No...I'd say at least top 5. I mean he left 2 hours before I did. I think I shutdown the Ale House that night. What else can I do?
