Upset Edmonton Oilers fans start throwing garbage at LA Kings players

Last night the Edmonton Oilers hosted the LA Kings in game one of their best of 7 series, and it did not end the way the Oilers hoped it would. The game ended up being a 4-3 overtime win for the visiting LA Kings.
After being up 2-0 going into the third, and then up 3-1 with half a period to go, the Oilers blew the lead and ended up going to overtime, where the Kings would eventually win it.
When the Kings scored, angry Edmonton Oilers fans decided to start throwing garbage on the ice. You will see in the videos below that one of the beer cans almost smoked Anze Kopitar, which could have caused some serious injury.
We understand frustration and having an emotional response to your team losing, but there is no excuse for this kind of behavior:
