Bruins Tyler Bertuzzi commits an unsportsmanlike penalty and gets away with it

Last night the Boston Bruins were hosting the Florida Panthers in game one of their best of seven series. While it was a well battled game, the Bruin ended up winning 3-1, to take a 1-0 series lead.
When the Boston Bruins traded for Tyler Bertuzzi from the Detroit Red Wings, they were looking to add some scoring depth, some grit and a player who wasn't afraid to pester the other team, and that's exactly what they got.
Both Bertuzzi and Panthers Nick Cousins were going for a line change and Bertuzzi stole Cousins stick and took it to the bench with him. Cousins was not happy and gave Bertuzzi a couple shots.
Bertuzzi then proceeded to break Cousins stick on the bench:
