Last night against the Edmonton Oilers, Corey Perry a veteran of over 1000 games, became the 103rd player in NHL history to score 400 goals.
Perry a former 50 goal scorer is not the player he once was with the Ducks, but he has molded himself into a very reliable producing bottom 6 player.
What was absolutely amazing to see though is after the game, Connor McDavid, captain of the Edmonton Oilers went over to Perry to congratulate him on this accomplishment.
This just shows that no matter what happens on the ice, the hockey world is connected and players can show each other respect off the ice.
Way to go to both of you!
