During the third period with the game tied at 3, this play anger some Canucks fans.
Dakota Joshua of the Canucks entered the zone trying to get on a breakaway and Jack Campbell comes out of his net to play the puck and throws a huge body check into Joshua.
While people will say that there is contact in hockey, yes there is, but if Campbell was the one who was knocked down, Joshua would be on his way to the box for goalie interference, so why can a goaltender throw a bodycheck but not receive one?

Fans were not happy with this:
This was cool to watch, but I just hate that if it was reversed then it would be a penalty, 3 guys attacking him, and most likely a suspension afterwards as well. If the goalie is out there, he should be fair game. Chris Murphy (@chrismurp) October 13, 2022
Should be a penalty for the goalieif the skater drops the goalie there they'd call him and he'd get jumped h0bey (@h0bey1) October 13, 2022
