A new statue of famous Hockey Night in Canada host Don Cherry was erected in the small Saskatchewan town of Mortlach and was unveiled for fans to see.

The statue is fifteen feet tall, depicting Cherry in a classic red plaid jacket and oversized blue tie. It also features a five-foot tall depiction of Cherry's famous dog, Blue. The whole thing appears to have been carved out of a single tree, using branches to make his arms, which are wide open.
