The latest reports have revealed some disturbing new details about Sean Higgins, the man who murdered Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew Gaudreau.

New shocking details have come to the surface concerning the tragic death of Johnny Gaudreau. Sean Higgins was alleged to have been driving drunk at the time of the crash that claimed both Johnny and his brother Matthew Gaudreau's lives. Amazingly, Higgins had a history of drunk driving but faced no consequences following his initial arrest because of a procedural failure in court.

The most frustrating thing is to find out that such a person had gone through a case of DWI in the past and then skipped punishment, only finding his way back in front of a steering wheel to cause this heartbreaking loss.

If one needed something to push the envelope of incredulity further, it has now been disclosed that Sean Higgins worked at Gaudenzia Inc., a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility. Given his history of alcohol abuse, Higgins was in a position to help others who were afflicted with addictions. On Saturday, Gaudenzia announced via Facebook that Higgins had been placed on leave.

We received the heartbreaking news regarding the tragic crash that took the lives of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau, along with the charges brought against Sean Higgins. Mr. Higgins, an employee of Gaudenzia, was immediately placed on leave. We extend our sympathies to the Gaudreau family during this incredibly difficult time.

This revelation simply adds to the outrage against this misfortunate incident. Many are hopeful he will face strict punishment so that he can be made an example to others that it is never okay to drink and drive.
