Pat Donovan and Aaron Jacobson of the Pat and Aaron show on 95.3 WDAE & AM 620 said according to ''a very good source'' that ''a lot'' of Florida Panthers players were partying at a strip club on Sunday following their 5-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning.
«Until at least 2:45. It could have been later, that's when the source got the information.»
The text around 2:40am said something along the lines of 'we just got a bottle and were leaving''
We do not know which players were involved, but ''a lot'' sounds like a majority of the team.
Now, we have no way to verify if this is true, so this could completely be a rumour, but if this is true, after going down 0-3 against the Lightning and being outscored 11-3 in these games, you'd think the Panther players would be more focused on their series, rather than going out partying.
There is nothing wrong with hockey players having a good time, but with them being down 0-3, these players could use all the rest they could get.
