The Calgary Flames have officially blacklisted one of their top prospects after he was found guilty of major crimes earlier today.
Calgary Flames Renounce The Rights To Topi Ronni
The Calgary Flames just released an announcement regarding their future with one of their former top prospects, Topi Ronni.
Effective immediately, the Calgary Flames renounce the rights to unsigned draft pick Topi Ronni
Ronni was a 2nd round pick back in 2022 and was the first player the Flames selected that year. Due to the nature of Ronni's crimes, an NHL future seems near impossible and he will find difficulty building a professional career in Europe.
