Head coach Luke Richardson held a press conference after the team practice earlier today. A reporter raised the fact that Bedard was still on the ice, and everyone cracked up when he commented.
Indeed, Bedard returned to the ice with the extras after the regular practice session.
Bedard's level of dedication is truly impressive. Richardson who, already warned Bedard in the past to not let his passion get the best of him, didn't seem too worried now.
At only 18 years old, many fans are impressed with the way Connor Bedard has been handling himself since he got drafted last summer by the Chicago Blackhawks.
In a recent game, Bedard threw a puck at a fan, who failed to catch it as it was intercepted by someone else. Instead of skating away, Bedard took the time to throw a second puck to make at the right fan. This shows that he cares about each interactions.

Every time he gets the change, he seizes the opportunity to make fans happy, which we don't see in every players.
Bedard isn't like most rookies, as he's been considered a star for the past few years already. His status of exceptional player in the junior gave him the experience needed to grow despite all this attention.
While his team hasn't been as succesful as he would've wanted, Bedard showed great individual performances, tallying 55 points, including 21 goals, in 57 games.
