In breaking news today, Arber Xhekaj will undergo season-ending shoulder surgery, as announced by the Montreal Canadiens.
The Montreal Canadiens have had a somewhat disappointing season this year, and are slated to miss the playoffs for their third season in a row. Despite that, they have some young prospects who are learning the way and are continuously improving. One of those players is Arber Xhekaj, a big defenseman known for his toughness.
However, Xhekaj will face some adversity, as the Canadiens announced today that he will face season-ending shoulder surgery. He will miss the remainder of the season but is expected to be back for next year.
