The Nashville Predators have been arguably the NHL's biggest disappointment this season, and now, veteran blue liner Luke Schenn has called out the entire team following yet another dreadful offensive performance.

This season hasn't gone the way the Nashville Predators were expecting over the summer, and with the team sitting in 14th place in the Western Conference, it's safe to say that their hopes are all but over.

While it's hard to pinpoint exactly where things have gone wrong for them, the offense has been a major struggle, with the team ranking 30th in the league in goals at 2.59 a game despite boasting names such as Steven Stamkos, Filip Forsberg and Jonathan Marchessault.

Unsurprisingly, that's led to plenty of frustration within the organization, with less than three goals scored in eight of their past 10 games, with veteran defenseman Luke Schenn officially voicing his frustrations after their 4-1 loss to the Florida Panthers.

«I don't think I've ever been a part of a group like this that literally can't score a goal»

This comment comes on the heels of rumours that teams in the NHL are looking to pair up Luke with his brother Brayden ahead of the 2025 NHL trade deadline, and given how desperate he appears to get out of Nashville, it shouldn't take much to pry him away from the Predators.

Ultimately, there are many reasons why the Predators have struggled all over the ice in 2024/25, and with their superstars having very little chemistry and the entire organization lacking major depth from top-to-bottom, it's simply been a complete disaster this year, and after calling out the team on Tuesday, don't be surprised to see Schenn traded in the next week ahead of the trade deadline.
