Maple Leafs announce an emergency roster move involving defenseman
The Toronto Maple Leafs have made an emergency call-up ahead of their game tonight versus the Florida Panthers in spite of the recent injuries that are gravely affecting their composition as a roster.
With the uncertainty of Morgan Rielly's status who has been suffering an injury, the Toronto Maple Leafs have called up Quebec Native Marshall Rifai on an emergency basis ahead of their matchup versus the Florida Panthers. This hasn't been the only injury for the Leafs, with Mitch Marner who was placed on LTIR and has yet to play in their last ten games. Toronto Maple Leafs place Mitch Marner on IR
