Scary scene as Matthew Knies goes flying into Jeremy Swayman
In the middle of the second period, Toronto Maple Leafs rookie Matthew Knies went tumbling into Boston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman while trying to score.
In the middle of a deadlocked second period in game seven of the opening round, Toronto Maple Leafs Matthew Knies leaped out of the penalty box and rushed toward Boston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman.
Getting tripped up on the way to the net, Matthew Knies lost his footing and tumbled into Jeremy Swayman.

The Bruins were not penalized on the play and luckily for both teams, all parties involved were just fine.
The game currently has under five minutes left in the second period with the game deadlocked at 0-0 with Swayman and Maple Leafs goaltender Ilya Samsonov, who came in relief for presumed starter Joseph Woll, going blow for blow.
